In this project, Phoebe aims to create an environment and platform for young black women to come together to reignite ambitions, build capacity for leadership through workshops and various trainings, encourage and support academic, sport and artistic excellence, plan and implement black excellence events, thought-provoking discussions and engagements to challenge personal and deep-seated viewpoints. 

It is our intention to ensure that the uptake of current and future leadership positions for young black women is a reality through the provision of a high-quality network, peer support services, and advocating for the transformation of the working environment and the community at large.
